Interested worker bees can email Ginny at
info@friendsofwaterfordpark.org if you’re planning to help at a
session, or you can just show up. Feel free to address any questions
to the above email address.
Meet at the kiosk in Waterford Park - weather
permitting
We welcome new volunteers - no special skills required.
Early May
There is plenty of garlic mustard in bloom. If you have the chance, please pull the plants up and throw them on the ground. They pull up easily. If you are not sure what garlic mustard looks like, do a Google search on "Weed of the Week Garlic Mustard" to get to a good site. Or Google "Garlic Mustard images" for pictures.
We welcome new volunteers - no special skills required.
On-going - Spring and Summer 2010
• We work every
week for a few hours, often on Sunday afternoons and other
times as our regular members have the opportunity. Please
email Ginny at
info@friendsofwaterfordpark.org to ask about upcoming
sessions.
